Melinda Spear-Huff
Melinda Spear-Huff is a professional fine artist based in Sheridan, Indiana. Working primarily in acrylic, she paints in an impressionistic style that captures the atmosphere and emotion of her subjects. Her work spans landscapes, animals, and figurative pieces, each created with a sensitivity to light, color, and movement.
With a career spanning nearly three decades, Melinda has dedicated her life to developing her craft and building a body of work that reflects both technical skill and a deep appreciation for everyday beauty. In addition to her studio practice, she offers live wedding painting services, creating one-of-a-kind pieces that preserve meaningful moments as they unfold.
Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her paintings are held in private collections across the United States, including by Martha Stewart, and a mural commissioned for the Indiana Governor’s Residence.
She continues to paint and accept commissions from her Indiana studio, where she remains inspired by the people, places, and quiet moments that shape her artistic vision.
